Sick as a Dog

Such a strange saying, wonder where that one came from?
I've been terribly sick since Monday. I'm afraid I've had too miss out on two shows and the South of the James Market yesterday.
I'm also a bit behind on orders and convos, so thank you those of you who are patiently waiting.

My faithful friend Zelda has not left my side for a moment. Such a good girl. I know she is desperately missing our morning walks in the woods. (as am I, sigh)
Those are my legs under the fuzzy fleece in case you didn't guess. ;-)
I will try my best to get all orders out tomorrow.

Market Tomorrow

Oh my, I have been so negligent with me blog lately. I really do have a good excuse .. . I just can't seem to feel like myself. First I had a stomach bug or food poisoning (I'm still not sure which), and then the worst case of allergies ever these past two weeks. I'm thinking sitting in the rain all weekend at Arts in the Park probably did not help matters. Of course, it has now settled into my chest, ugh!

But. . . enough whining already . . . thanks to all of you who came out to the show last weekend! Despite the thunderstorms, it was a great show!

I'll be back at the South of the James/Forest Hill tomorrow morning . . . yippee! I can't wait to be back! I'll have lots of special's going on for Mother's Day.

Hello, hello, hello again dear blog readers. Hope you all are doing well! I'm afraid we have another case of the cooties at my house and it just has me super behind on everything. It seems like with the kids taking turns being sick and the week of snow, I have had someone here at home/studio for the past three weeks.

Ok, enough of the griping --- how about some good news, no great news:

In Need of a Cootie Shot

Remember that old chant from the elementary school playground: "Circle, circle, dot, dot, . .. . now you have your cootie shot"?
Well, we seem to need a round of them in our household. We've had two weeks of all kinds of nastiness including pink eye and strep, ICK!
I don't know about you, but I will be glad when Spring finally gets here!

I did manage to sneak in some studio time today, so tuned tomorrow for a whole new line of jewelry goodies! :-)
