Market Tomorrow
(my booth at Arts in the Park. And my new banner - see previous post)Oh my, I have been so negligent with me blog lately. I really do have a good excuse .. . I just can't seem to feel like myself. First I had a stomach bug or food poisoning (I'm still not sure which), and then the worst case of allergies ever these past two weeks. I'm thinking sitting in the rain all weekend at Arts in the Park probably did not help matters. Of course, it has now settled into my chest, ugh!
But. . . enough whining already . . . thanks to all of you who came out to the show last weekend! Despite the thunderstorms, it was a great show!

Fool for Art . . . Today!

Well, Fetch Art Night was a ton of fun and a huge success last night. I did not get home until close till midnight thanks to a huge wreck on the interstate, but I've had to cups of tea this morning and I'm getting ready to pack up for Fool for Art this morning. It should be a gorgeous day! You Richmond peeps, come on out and say "hello", it should be tons of fun! :-)
To the rest of you . . . hope you have a fabulous weekend. I should have new items in the shops on Monday!
Hugs,
A

Catching Up
After being out of commission for two weeks with an injured back I am now playing catch up big time! Thanks to the exercises from PT I am feeling much better. I was even able to run the vacuum and mop the floors today. I'm trying to get caught up on portrait commissions, it's been to hard to sit and paint for very long, but that's getting better too, yay!

I did manage to man my own booth at the Spring Bada Bing afterall. It was a great show and a great day! The facilities were amazing and the vendors rocked! I just wish I had had a chance to shop!

Bark in the Park
This Saturday I had a booth at Bark in the Park here in Richmond, VA. It was the first year for this event, hosted by the Henrico Humane Society. It was a fun day had by all with dogs in cool costumes, a dog walk, and lots of other exciting activities. I met lots of great characters (check out this cool dude in his shades) - both four legged and two.

Check out this guy - how about that tongue?! I am looking forward to painting and drawing some of these wonderful faces!
